About Black Belt Instructor Aaron Handy:

Aaron Handy is the Director of Judo at the Legacy Martial Arts Academy. He was on the USA Judo National Team, under Coach Jimmy Pedro, and currently serves as the Director of Performance for Ohio Judo. He is a certified Firefighter/Paramedic and studied Exercise Physiology and Dietetics at Miami University and the University of Cincinnati.

 

Aaron has experience coaching athletes of all ages and experience levels. Aaron has successfully coached Olympic, World, Senior National, & Junior National Champions.

Aaron has been described as being the best Judo instructor in the Midwest by current & former members of the USA Judo National Team.
