Our most popular program, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu "BJJ" is the fastest growing martial art in the world. This is primarily due to its effectiveness in self-defense, combat, and competition.

Not only is BJJ highly effective, but it is able to be adapted by people of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds.

Our curriculum teaches positions, transitions, sweeps, escapes, takedowns, and submissions to students of all experience levels.

The Legacy Martial Arts Academy is an affiliate of Focused Fight Team and is registered under the International Brazilian jiu-jitsu Federation (IBJJF).
Our team's lineage can be traced to Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Pioneers, John Will and David Meyer.
